Summer Programs

Many universities offer two-month summer programs designed to help underrepresented students prepare for graduate studies in a wide range of areas of study, including mental health research. Internships offer stipends for the two months of training. Students will be expected to take the GRE preparation workshops that are offered as part of these summer internship programs.

Our COR Scholars have interned at University of Michigan, New York University (NYU), Emory University, University of Minnesota, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Michigan State University, National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), University of California, San Diego, Pennsylvania State University, Michigan State University, University of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
